I'm sad today
Eve of Independence Day
And I want to be happy
Celebrate the holiday
And yet I am sad
And do not know why
Maybe the sadness and bereavement
Of Remembrance Day
Tomorrow I will try to be happy
Together with the whole peopele of Israel
And the sadness has already passed
