when I remember Sukkot

I remember in peace

And not just peace between Israel and its neighborhoods

And not just peace with the Palestinians

But a world peace

Among all nations.

And peace is also needed

Within the people of Israel

Between the different groups

Right Left

Secular, religious, ultra-Orthodox. Reforms and Conservatives

Ashkenazis and Mizrahis and immigrants from all countries

And between a husband and his wife. And between a man and his friend.

And let every man help as he can to the weak of society

And so in every nation and people

To  Purify the soul

Our ancestors gave us a wonderful day

And it is Yom Kippur

On this day we fast

To Purify the soul

  All the  year we must be good

But we are only human

And on Yom Kippur we fast

To Purify the soul

The Medications

 The Medications 

The drug is a hard drug

I feel bad in extreme cold and heat conditions

I suffer from diabetes and cirrhosis of the liver

I'm obese

The  hand shakes with excitement

I suffer from weakness and muscle aches

and more....

And in the last very hot day I felt very bad

At first I was comforted by the fact that I would die in another 15 years

After that I wanted to live another 10 years

And then only another five years

And finally another half year

But the evening went down. The heat passed and the weakness passed

  And I want to live and live

Medications are hard drugs

And the dose is high

I very much hope to recover

And get rid of them forever

Between Kase and Asor

 Between Kase and Asor

I thank God I'm a vegetarian

 To be a Vegan I failed

But to be  a dairy vegetarian I succeeded

It is very important to be vegetarian or vegan

Killing and eating the animals causes wars

Animals are like little children

And their sorrow is great sorrow

That is heard before God

And between  Kase and Asor on the terrible days

It is very important to be vegetarian or vegan

But are the days of judgment and mercy

Morality begins with a plate of what you eat
